No payment details before signing
We do not ask for payment or card details in forms or emails. Payment is discussed only after your package is confirmed and the agreement is signed, and then through the secure method described in the agreement.
Prices and what is included
Each trip page lists what is included and what is not. Flights, visa fees and travel insurance are not included unless a trip page says so. Prices are confirmed in writing before you sign.
Payment
Deposit and balance amounts and dates are set in your signed agreement: [to be defined].
Cancellation and refunds
Refunds depend on when you cancel and on the costs already committed to partners. The exact schedule will be stated in your agreement: [days before departure and refund share, to be defined].
Changes by us
If we must change an itinerary (weather, closures, partner availability), we offer a comparable alternative or a refund of unused parts, as set in the agreement.
Your responsibilities
Hold a valid passport and the visa you need, have travel insurance, follow local laws and your guides' instructions, and check what you may bring into each country.
Visas, admission and scholarships
We help and guide you, but embassies, universities and funding bodies make the decisions. We cannot guarantee visas, admission or scholarships.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend insurance that covers medical care, cancellation and baggage.
Groups and guides
Each group has between one and three guides. Minimum and maximum group size are stated for each trip: [to be defined].
Photos
We may take photos during trips and use them on our website. Tell your guide if you prefer not to appear.
Complaints
Please tell your guide, or write to us, as soon as you notice a problem so we can fix it quickly.
